Sprint RE Shipping Policy
If you have any questions about delivery or shipments, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery & Carriers:
- We use NZ Post and NZ Couriers as our primary carrier.
- Remote locations, pallet deliveries, and bulky items may incur additional charges. We will contact you immediately if this applies.
- Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery from the date of order placement.
- Orders may arrive in multiple parcels, depending on stock availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if necessary.
Extended ETAs & Out-of-Stock Items:
- If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock, it may be shipped in multiple parcels.
- In-stock items will usually ship first, with back-ordered items shipping when they become available.
- You will be notified of any out-of-stock items along with an estimated arrival date (ETA).
- You have the option to cancel your order for any out-of-stock items if you prefer.
- All lead times and ETAs are estimates only and may be subject to change.
