Sprint RE Shipping Policy

If you have any questions about delivery or shipments, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery & Carriers:

We use NZ Post and NZ Couriers as our primary carrier.
Remote locations, pallet deliveries, and bulky items may incur additional charges. We will contact you immediately if this applies.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery from the date of order placement.
Orders may arrive in multiple parcels, depending on stock availability.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if necessary.

Extended ETAs & Out-of-Stock Items:

If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock, it may be shipped in multiple parcels.
In-stock items will usually ship first, with back-ordered items shipping when they become available.
You will be notified of any out-of-stock items along with an estimated arrival date (ETA).
You have the option to cancel your order for any out-of-stock items if you prefer.
All lead times and ETAs are estimates only and may be subject to change.
